Fill out the application form on this page. We review every application within the week and book a 30–45 minute alignment call with shops that fit. The next step is becoming a GelatoConnect customer — once you're on the platform, you can start fulfilling Gelato orders within days.
What are the requirements?+
We work best with commercial printers based in North America, Europe, or Oceania who run modern digital presses and are heavily invested in digital production. Most of our partners are small to mid-sized operations looking to scale through software rather than headcount.
Do I have to pay for GelatoConnect?+
Yes. GelatoConnect is a paid software subscription. It is not given to fulfillment partners for free. Customers report it pays for itself within months through reduced inventory waste, AI replenishment, lower failed-delivery rates, smart carrier selection, faster quoting and prepress, and the demand routed through the Gelato network.
How quickly can I be live fulfilling Gelato orders?+
Once you sign for GelatoConnect, you can be live fulfilling for Gelato within days. You then expand Connect across the rest of your business at your own pace, with Gelato as the lead customer that helped you onboard.
What products and presses does GelatoConnect support?+
GelatoConnect is machine and product agnostic — it runs across paper, apparel, and rigid substrates regardless of the equipment in your shop. Our current network growth categories include cards, calendars, photo books, canvas, framed posters, drinkware, apparel, rigid substrates, and digital foiling.
What countries do you partner in?+
Active partner geographies are North America, Europe, and Oceania. We maintain a specific expansion target list internally and review it quarterly as the network grows.
Will Gelato be my only customer?+
No. GelatoConnect runs your entire shop, not just the Gelato orders. Customers use it for every job that runs through their production floor, no matter where the demand comes from. The Gelato fulfillment network is one of several demand channels Connect customers use.
